This is an experimental dish I made for dinner last night and it turned out yummy in 14 minutes. Yes - The little one gobbled it all up - Taster certified!

The traditional dish is Malai Kofta. I am too lazy to cook the kofta (similar to meat balls). It is about #LazyCookingWithFTG #MalaiTater

1. Heat a pan with vegetable oil (30 secs)

2. Add and sauté cardamom, cloves, fennel, cashew nuts, ginger and garlic (30 secs)

4. Cut 1 medium onion (30 secs)

5. Cut 1 medium tomato (30 secs)

6. Sauté with garam masala, turmeric powder and red chili powder. (3 mins)

7. Purée the sautéd ingredients in blender (1 min)

8. Transfer the puree into the hot pan and cook in medium heat for 4 minutes

9. Add Tater tots, milk and kasuri methi. Cook it for 3 minutes and stir it occasionally high heat

10. Transfer it to a serving bowl and garnish with a dash of butter. (1 min) Yummylicious!

Roti-fied or Rice-fied with malai taters. They go well!

Here are the pics of ingredients.
