I have always fancied Thai-Cuisine. The frequent Yelp check-in at a near by Thai restaurant proves it to get inspired. The grocery store near by ran out of tofu. The evil mind in me said that there must be a substitute. I opened the fridge and what I found was... Ok the title says it all - Paneer.
This is #LessThan15MinuteRecipe. You will need left over cooked rice to cut down on cooking time ( I had Basmati left overs from yesterday. If you have sticky rice - even better). As the #LazyCookingWithFTG saying goes, Start the timer... 0:00

1.1. Mince 3 pods of Garlic (15 secs)
1.2. Cut panner into 2 cm cubes (30 secs)
2. Sauté in medium heat.
2.1. Add garlic, ground black pepper and red chili flakes (1 min)
2.3. Sauté the paneer (1 min)
3. While Sautéing #2,
3.1. Cut a floret of Broccoli (10 secs)
3.2. Angle-Slice (what's the cooking term??) carrots (25 secs)

5. Add 3.4, 3.5, 3.6 and sauté in medium heat (1 min)
